That card is only a promo.It says "not for play use" on the other side, I would have chosen that if it didnt say it

I have that somewhere in my room as well. And if I remember correctly, that card is actually really weak. Hold on a sec...found a translation online. It says:

Name: Mew
HP: 30
Attack: Psyche, 40 (2 Psychic Energies needed)
Weakness: Psychic

Retreat Cost: 2
